Issue

The user requests that its data be removed from the Mendix data centers. This is in accordance with Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Solution/Workaround

Per the account documentation, the user can click More Options for the logged-in account and select Delete this account.

All of the account information is then removed and deleted from Mendix’s servers. All the personal and identifiable information on your profile will be deleted when you delete all your accounts.
