Issue

When experiencing difficulty logging out of a current session of SAP BTP it is possible to encounter the following error while attempting to manage application environments:

You don't have access to the organization and/or space of this environment on your SAP cloud platform. Please ask your operator to provide you the required access rights and try again.

Cause

It is not possible to manage application environments if the current session is connected to another account unrelated to these environments. 

Solution/Workaround

Sign in as a different user on the Add Environment dialog. This allows to log in using an account of a different region.

Click path: Developer Portal > Select Application > Environments > Add Environment > Select region from the dropdown
 

By clicking on the Sign in with a different user option, it is possible to log into the required region.
