Issue

Mendix Studio Pro shows the following error message when the user tries to download one of the following Amazon connectors from the marketplace:

• Amazon SES
• Amazon RDS
• Amazon Cognito

Error message:

An error occurred: An error occurred while processing the response from the Marketplace service.

Environment

• Mendix Studio Pro
• Marketplace

Cause

In the marketplace, the Amazon SES, Amazon RDS, and Amazon Cognito connectors do not have any downloadable content. The goal of the listing is for the customers to search for Amazon connectors and be redirected to the required pages.

Solution/Workaround

The customers should search for Amazon SES and find the redirection to: 

• Email Connector
• Send Emails with Amazon SES and Mendix Email Connector
