Sometimes, when creating a package on the Mendix Portal, the following error is shown:

An error occurred while verifying the project in Team Server. Please try again, and contact Support if the problem persists.

Instructions/Procedure

A stale browser session typically causes this issue. To resolve, follow these steps:

1. Clear the browser cookies/cache.
2. Sign out of the Mendix Portal.
3. Sign back in to the Mendix Portal.
4. Create the package again.

If the issue continues to persist, contact Mendix Support.

Outcome

The package can be created successfully.
