Microflow Properties panel does not refresh when clicking on canvas

Issue

When working in a microflow, clicking on the canvas does not return the properties panel back to the microflow's properties. Instead, the properties panel continues to display the properties of the last selected activity or parameter.

Environment

Studio Pro v11.12.1 and older

Cause

This is a known issue in Studio Pro where the properties panel does not correctly respond to canvas click events, causing it to retain the properties of the last selected activity or parameter instead of reverting to the microflow's properties.

Solution / Workaround

This issue has been resolved in the following Studio Pro versions:

  • Studio Pro v11.12.2 
  • Studio Pro v11.13.0

Upgrade to either of these versions (or newer) to permanently resolve the issue.

If upgrading is not possible, use the following workaround:

Instead of closing and reopening the microflow document, right-click on the canvas. This will return the properties panel to display the microflow's properties.
