Introduction

The target cloud of an app changes on Cloud Settings. The change is recorded in Project Activity, but the user who made the change is not recorded.

Instructions/Procedure

A user manually changes the target cloud within an app, but the identity of that user is not recorded in Project Activity.

To identify who changed the target cloud, follow these steps:

1. As a Mendix Admin, navigate to Control Center.
2. Locate the Security tab.
3. Locate the Audit Logs tab.
4. If the change occurred within the past 90 days, search for this event in the active logs.
5. If the event occurred beyond 90 days, export the logs. Once available, Mendix sends a notification with the download link to the requester. It is not possible to export logs older than 365 days.
6. Using Filter Date from the date shown in Project Activity to see the activity at the time of the change.

Outcome

The email linked to the account that made the change will be shown within the logs.
