Issue

After completing and submitting an exam through the academy, the Exam Registration status remains Active instead of moving to Pending, and no results are provided after three business days have passed since submission.

Cause

During exam submission, an internal issue prevents the completion notification from triggering.

Solution / Workaround

Contact Mendix Support by using Submit a request, providing the following details:

1. The email used to submit the exam. 
2. Exam completion date.
3. The title of the exam taken.
