The Mendix Cloud alert thresholds are set by Mendix, and they are the same across all applications. In some cases, there is a need to customize alert thresholds to tailor the monitoring configuration to the needs of the application.

Alert thresholds in Mendix Cloud are predefined by the platform and are not customizable. 

Solution / Workaround

Currently, there is no solution or workaround available to customize alert thresholds for Mendix Cloud monitoring. The feature is on the product roadmap, but no specific timeline is available for when it will be released.
