Document generation using Document Templates in Mendix 10 and 11 – Mendix

Issue

Document Templates and the Generate Document microflow action are deprecated in Mendix Studio Pro 11.0.0 and all subsequent versions.

Cause

Document Templates are deprecated in Mendix 11. The widget may still function, but any issues reported for it in Mendix 11 are no longer supported and will not be fixed.

Support for the Document Templates widget will only continue for issues in Mendix 10.24 LTS (for as long as this is still supported), depending on the severity and effort required.
