Introduction

This article explains how microflows are stored in Mendix and how they can be located using the Studio Pro search functionality.

Instructions/Procedure

Microflows are stored in the Mendix metamodel, which is not intended for reading. Microflows do not appear anywhere in the folder structure, such as javasource, resources, theme, or userlib. They are stored in a file on disk from a certain version, however, this file is encoded and not intended to be read or modified by the developer. The Studio Pro search functionality can be used to locate the microflows, navigate to Search App Explorer > Search > Enter microflow name and find the microflow in the result:

By following the steps, the microflows used in the project can easily be located.
