Introduction

For daily metrics, the information displayed represents the mean of the operation metrics recorded over a five-minute window.

In contrast, weekly graphs display the mean operation metrics for each day rather than capturing peak values. Because of this, sharp spikes seen in daily graphs may not be visible in weekly, monthly, or quarterly graphs.

To illustrate this, consider the CPU utilization of the database metric as an example. If a spike of 56% is observed in the daily graph, the same spike might be reduced to a lower value when viewed in the weekly graph due to the mean calculation.
