Introduction

This article describes how users can subscribe to updates from the Mendix Platform Status page.

Environment

Applications hosted in any deployment type

Instructions/Procedure

Users can subscribe to Status page updates by following the steps outlined below:

1. Navigate to the Mendix Platform Status page.
2. Click the Subscribe button.

3. In the popup that appears, select a notification type (Email, Slack, Webhook or RSS Feed) and fill in the required details. See the screenshot below for an example of the email notification: 
    

   

4. After filling in the relevant information, click the Subscribe button at the bottom of the popup.

5. In the page that follows, check the relevant components for which updates are required. See the screenshot below for examples:
    

   

6. At the bottom of the page, click the Save button.

Note: Users will need to check their email inbox and confirm their subscription before they start receiving notifications.

Outcome

After completing the steps mentioned above, users will start receiving notifications of any updates related to the components they subscribed to on the Status page.
