Issue

When installing Studio Pro, specifically when the setup is downloading additional files, the following error message shows:

Download failed: The connection with the server was reset
 
Check your connection and click 'Retry' to try downloading the files again, or click 'Cancel' to terminate setup.

Cause

This issue is commonly due to a firewall blocking the required dependencies.

Solution/Workaround

Either install Studio Pro offline or ensure that there are firewall exceptions in place for the required dependencies found in Installing Mendix Studio Pro.
