How to renovate expired token for XSUAA Connector for SAP Cloud Platform

Introduction

The access token to configure the XSUAA Connector for SAP Cloud Platform has expired, and the user needs to renovate it.

Environment/Prerequisites

  • Private Cloud
  • SAP Cloud Platform

Instructions/Procedure

To renovate the token, you can follow these steps below:

  1. Log in to the SAP Cloud Platform, using the Cloud Foundry login URL for your region. For EU (Frankfurt) the URL is https://login.cf.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/
    For a list of regions and the URLs, see Regions | SAP Help Portal

  2. Select Account Settings

  3. Under Third Party Access locate the application named sb-mendix-deploy!s280.
    This is the application that handles the single sign-on from the Mendix Developer Portal.

Two options can be used to fix the issue:

  1. Click Revoke Access. When log in to the Mendix Developer Portal and creating a new environment, it will be asked to authorize Mendix again. This time, make sure to select all the checkboxes. (Recommended)

  2. Select all checkboxes and click Update.
