Issue

For some team members, the existing environments are not reflected when viewing an application in APD (Application Performance Diagnostics).

Cause

Most likely these environments have been created as Mendix Studio Pro environments (The Modeler environment option is set to Yes):

Such environments are only visible to the users who created them in APD and to the app administrators (with the Scrum Master role).

Solution/Workaround

To ensure everyone in the app project can see the environment, set the Modeler environment option to No. Therefore, the SCRUM Master should delete any wrongly added environments and add them again with the right settings.

Another option is to update the user roles to SCRUM Master, granting all users access to view and edit all environments.
